With or without an internal shaft the spiral turns inside of a trough (tubular or U-section) with one or more loading hoppers and one or more exhaust mouths. The rest of the equipment is closed by covers. The absence of the inner shaft allows the transport of sticky materials, usually difficult to transport by the screw with shaft.
The bottom of the trough is protected by a wear resistant coating in HDPE or steel depending on the material to be conveyed.
The configuration of the auger conveyor can be ”pull execution” or “push execution” depending on the general arrangement of the facility. The overall length can be easily adapted to the layout. The slope varies between 0° to 30° with a progressive reduction in efficiency: as a general rule, the flow at 30° is reduced by 50% compared to that at 0°, however the actual range depends on the material transported.

Screw Conveyor Stainless Steel Customized
The screw conveyor with shaft model TCA is composed by a screw with central shaft that, directly connected to the motorization unit, turns inside a trough or a tube. The screw conveyor with shaft model TCA is a strong machine, it is suitable to transport solid, semisolid or various type material. This shafted screw conveyor can reach an inclination much higher to 45° respect horizontal axe.
In this screw conveyor are introduced intermediate supports and to the edges to lift the central shaft.
Spiral:
The material used can be high carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304L or 316L various types of pitch and thicknesses of the turns.
Transport:
Trough with U or tubular shape with bolted covers in order to obtain an easy inspection at any point.
Double Screw Conveyor BCA - BSA
This equipment is a special application of the concept of conveyor built of two conveyors, with or without central shaft, rotate inside of a trough with W section each one with its own motorization which can work independently or synchronized depending from the application.
The wear-resistant material on the bottom side of the trough can be HDPE or bolted plates in stainless steel, depending on the application. This strong equipment requires very low maintenance, suitable for the transport of large quantities of material and/or rolling of large pieces.

Vertical Screw Conveyors Manufactures
The mechanics, the function and the materials used, 314L or 316L stainless steel are the same as the horizontal screw conveyors, the difference is that the material to be transported is raised.
